Morning Routine (Set the Tone)


☀️ Prayer – Start the day with gratitude, set intentions, and ask for clarity/protection.


☀️ Meditation (5-10 min) – Focus on your breath, a scripture, or an affirmation to ground yourself.


☀️ Journaling – Write out your thoughts, any emotions that need releasing, and what you want to invite into your day.


Throughout the Day (Stay Centered)


⚡ Pause & Check In – When emotions rise, ask yourself: Is this my energy or theirs?
